Trang này dành cho thành viên Hi Tennis muốn yêu cầu xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan khỏi hệ thống của chúng tôi.
1. Cách gửi yêu cầu xoá tài khoản
Để yêu cầu xoá tài khoản của bạn khỏi ứng dụng Hi Tennis, vui lòng liên hệ với chúng tôi qua một trong các phương thức sau:
2. Thông tin cần cung cấp
Khi gửi yêu cầu, vui lòng cung cấp các thông tin sau để xác minh danh tính:
- Số điện thoại đã đăng ký tài khoản Hi Tennis
- Họ và tên trên tài khoản
- Lý do xoá tài khoản (không bắt buộc, giúp chúng tôi cải thiện dịch vụ)
3. Dữ liệu sẽ bị xoá
Khi yêu cầu xoá tài khoản được xử lý, các dữ liệu sau sẽ bị xoá vĩnh viễn:
- Thông tin cá nhân: họ tên, số điện thoại, email, ngày sinh, hình đại diện
- Điểm thưởng và hạng thành viên hiện tại
- Ưu đãi / coupon chưa sử dụng
- Túi mù chưa mở
- Lịch sử đặt sân, lịch học, huấn luyện chưa hoàn thành
- Đánh giá / bình luận cá nhân
- Thông tin giới thiệu bạn bè
- Thông báo và lịch sử tương tác
4. Dữ liệu được giữ lại
ℹ️ Lưu ý: Một số dữ liệu sẽ được giữ lại trong thời gian theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam:
- Hồ sơ giao dịch tài chính (thanh toán, hoá đơn): giữ lại tối đa 10 năm theo Luật Kế toán Việt Nam
- Thông tin đã ẩn danh hoá cho mục đích thống kê, báo cáo
- Nhật ký hệ thống (audit log) cho mục đích bảo mật, giữ tối đa 90 ngày
- Mốc thời gian chấp nhận Điều khoản Dịch vụ (ToS Acceptance timestamp): giữ lại để chứng minh sự đồng ý hợp lệ với phiên bản Điều khoản đang áp dụng tại thời điểm tài khoản còn hoạt động
Các dữ liệu được giữ lại này sẽ không còn chứa thông tin định danh cá nhân của bạn sau khi tài khoản bị xoá.
5. Thời gian xử lý
Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản sẽ được xử lý trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc kể từ khi chúng tôi nhận được yêu cầu hợp lệ. Chúng tôi sẽ gửi email xác nhận khi quá trình hoàn tất.
⚠️ Cảnh báo: Việc xoá tài khoản là không thể hoàn tác. Sau khi tài khoản bị xoá, bạn sẽ mất toàn bộ điểm thưởng, hạng thành viên, ưu đãi và lịch sử giao dịch. Nếu muốn sử dụng lại dịch vụ, bạn sẽ phải đăng ký tài khoản mới.
6. Quyền của bạn
Theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bạn có quyền:
- Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu cá nhân của mình
- Yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa dữ liệu cá nhân
- Rút lại sự đồng ý xử lý dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào
- Khiếu nại với cơ quan có thẩm quyền nếu quyền của bạn bị vi phạm

To request deletion of your Hi Tennis account, please contact us via one of the following methods:

When submitting your request, please include the following information to verify your identity:
- Phone number registered with your Hi Tennis account
- Full name on the account
- Reason for deletion (optional, helps us improve our service)
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
Once your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Personal information: full name, phone number, email, date of birth, profile photo
- Current reward points and membership tier
- Unused coupons and vouchers
- Unopened blind boxes
- Court booking history, class enrollments, incomplete coaching sessions
- Personal reviews and comments
- Referral information
- Notifications and interaction history
4. Data That Will Be Retained
ℹ️ Note: Some data will be retained in accordance with Vietnamese law:
- Financial transaction records (payments, invoices): retained for up to 10 years under the Vietnam Accounting Law
- Anonymized data for statistical and reporting purposes
- System audit logs for security purposes, retained for up to 90 days
- Terms of Service acceptance timestamp: retained as evidence of valid consent to the version of the Terms in effect while your account was active
The retained data will no longer contain any personally identifiable information about you after your account is deleted.
5. Processing Time
Account deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive a valid request. We will send a confirmation email once the process is complete.
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose all reward points, membership tier, coupons, and transaction history. If you wish to use our service again, you will need to create a new account.
6. Your Rights
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Request access to and correction of your personal data
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
- File a complaint with competent authorities if your rights are violated
